What if I exceed my package?
Calling/texting to Belgian1 numbers from Belgium and Europe (roaming zone 12), as well as to Europe (roaming zone 12) from Europe (roaming zone 12) are included in a bundle. Calls from Belgium to Europe (roaming zone 12) are not included in the bundle. If you exceed it:
- Calling: €0,10 per extra min
- Surfing: €0,0019 per extra MB (€1,90 per extra Gbyte)
- Texting: €0,10 per extra SMS
Calls and SMS to another FastFiber mobile customer, within Belgium, is free of charge!
1Calls (in roaming) to special numbers (0800, 090x, etc.) and short numbers are not included and are billed according to the charges determined by the providers of these numbers. You may also be charged even if the special number is toll-free in this country.
