1 No activation or installation fee applies for fiber connections activated until 31/12/2025.
As of 01/01/2026, free fiber activation only applies when the activation can be performed remotely.
If the network operator confirms that an on-site technical intervention is required — for example to install the fiber wall outlet or to provide another missing network component — a one-time fee of €189 will be charged for this intervention.
