Remote activation is generally possible when a Proximus fibre infrastructure is already in place and a fibre subscription is currently active at the address or has previously been active with another operator.
If the network operator confirms that an on-site technical intervention is required, for example to install a fibre socket or another missing network component, a one-time fee of €189 will apply.
If a technical intervention is required, you will always be informed in advance.
