1 Free activation of the fiber line only applies when the activation can be carried out remotely. Remote activation is normally possible when a Proximus fiber infrastructure is already present at the address and a fiber subscription is currently active there or has been active in the past.
If the network operator confirms that an on-site technical intervention is required — for example to install the fiber wall outlet or to provide another missing network element — a one-time fee of €189 will be charged for this intervention.
